Ahmed Tarek has been awarded the ATLAS prize for his thesis on “Measurement of Higgs boson production cross sections in the diphoton channel with the full ATLAS Run-2 data and constraints on anomalous Higgs boson interactions”, carried out under supervision of Giovanni Marchiori at LPNHE ans defended on September 30th, 2019.
The award ceremony took place at CERN on February 27th, 2020 (see the CERN Bulletin).
